BURTON BRADSTOCK SCHOOL PHOTO COMPETITION

All classes at Burton Bradstock Primary School were invited to take part in an inter-class photo competition during the Summer Term 2007 which was sponsored by Burton Bradstock ONLINE.  The classes entered photographs taken in the village linked to topics they were studying in class. 

Mark Stratta, the Headmaster said “The standard of entry was excellent and the school was please to take part in this community-related activity” and Susan Moores, Chair of Governors, and one of the judges, said “Class 1 was awarded the Winners Shield because the judges decided that the content of their photographs best depicted aspects of their chosen topic of ‘Growth’”.  David Edwards, Burton Bradstock ONLINE Committee representative, said BB ONLINE were pleased to encourage children to work in a different medium to broaden their learning experience and the photographs
