The courts are situated just behind Bridport Bus Station approx. 2 ½ miles from Burton Bradstock.

About the Club

The Bridport Tennis Club has a very active membership of approximately 120 including junior members. We hold several singles and doubles tournaments through the year. We have 3 mixed, 2 ladies, 1 men's and 2 junior teams competing in the Yeovil and District Lawn Tennis League. Our club nights are also extremely popular.

During the year we arrange various social events.

The Club does not have a "playing in" standard policy and welcomes new members. Non members are also welcome to hire the courts.

Facilities

2 Hard Tennis Courts with all weather surfaces and floodlighting.

Courts open to the public Mondays - Fridays Dawn to 4.00pm and Saturday Afternoons

Club Membership Subscription

(April 1 2003- March 31 2004)

A	Adults (21+ years)	£55.00 (£50 if paid before 31st May)
A1	New Adults	£50.00 (to be paid on joining)
B	Intermediate (16-20) or full time students	£27.00
C	Junior (up to 15 years)	£14.00
D	Junior with parent member	£12.50

Family Membership. 10% is deducted from the total membership fee for a family provided it comprises a minimum of three members, one being an adult and all joining at the same time.

Payments by cheque etc. payable to "Bridport Tennis Club" and sent to the Treasurer or pay at the Bridport Sports Shop, 31 East Street, Bridport.

NOTE

"Public use bookable" means that the courts can be used by the general public or can be booked by club members at Bridport Sports, 31 East Street, Bridport. 01308 427 432.

Bookings by the general public take precedence over club members bookings on Mon - Fri from 9am until 4pm and on Sat afternoons from 2pm until 6pm.

	Individual and group coaching sessions available midweek and weekdays for beginners and players of all standards. Available to non members.
	Mini tennis and group sessions for juniors are run throughout the year.
