The cottage is situated in the centre of the village in a very quiet area but close to all amenities.

Accommodation comprises: -

Kitchen with fridge/freezer and gas cooker and microwave

Shower room with W.C., hand basin, shower and washing machine

Sitting/Dining Room with flame effect electric fire, colour T.V., Hi-Fi Unit DVD and Video, and double bed settee (high chair available)

Upstairs: -

Bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe (cot if required)

En suite toilet and hand basin

Gas central heating

Gas and electricity included in rental

Bed linen supplied free of charge (not for cot)

Smoke detectors installed but no smoking allowed.

Car parking on road outside cottage.

Children welcome and 1 well behaved pet.

Large walled garden, garden furniture and gas barbecue.

A lovely Church, Post Office and a well stocked village shop.

National Trust beach with cafe and ample parking within 15 minutes walk.

Golf course nearby. Leisure Centre and swimming pool in Bridport
