17th Century Grade 2 Listed Stone-thatched terrace cottage with original beams and working Inglenook fireplace,
situated at the corner of Donkey Lane and the main Coastal Road - Bridport to Weymouth.

Accommodation (sleeps 4) and Facilities: -

General Items:-	NSH (5 radiators), bed linen and towels provided.
Bed/Bath:-	1 double-bedroom, 2 single beds in rear bedroom, 1 bath/WC
Kitchen:-	Cooker, Fridge, Microwave
Living/Dining Room:-	Seating for 4 people; dining table extends to seat 6 people, open fireplace and window seat
Entertainment:-	Colour TV and radio
Outside garden:-	Small enclosed patio, timbered summer house - on street parking
Pets:-	1 medium sized dog or 2 small dogs - £10 per animal / week

A couple of minute walk to the village shop, the Post Office and the two pubs - The Anchor and the Three Horseshoes.
Chesil Beach (with National Trust Parking) and Hive Beach Café a ten minute walk.

This cottage is listed with a Rental Agency (Helpful Holidays of Chagford, Devon).
However we are allowed to rent it ourselves out-of-season - our basic rate of rental is £230/week which includes electricity costs
