Mr W Tucker was a Burton Bradstock hawker who plied his trade throughout the area, but because Jim Steele, and not Mr Tucker, is leading the horse in this 1920's photograph, it would seem he sometimes hired his horse and cart out for use as a carnival float or for other uses.
